Jf haulage manchester

Does anyone remember jf haulage ltd based in manchester main trucks were volvos, erf’s they started out in a small yard at the back of old trafford football ground(the coach park behind the north stand) then moved 5 minutes down the road to a bigger yard which is now a go kart track and a few small business’s,Then after that they moved to altringham were the finaly went into adminitration

That rings a bell, were they red units with blue lettering? Sad that most of the small outfits have now gone isn’t it. Do you have any pics or further info on Jf?

I have no photos of any of their’s but remember when they were known as Callteam … they use to do Saturday night runs on newspaper deliveries for Newsflow at Gorton. I heard all Callteam’s Saturday night drivers were from agencies, and it was chaos when everyone got back to Newsflow’s yard at around 4.30am Sunday to fuel up !! all us Newsflow drivers wanted to do was park up then get off home.
