They have forgotten the entire setup:
- Machine to fix potholes
- Car for supervisor
- Car for “safety officer”
- Car for operator of machine
- Car for Highways England bod
- Low loader for machines
- Welfare van thing
- Cones truck
- Signs van
- Speed camera van for site
- Truck to bring tar
- White lines truck
Oh and then deciding that fixing it with traffic moving is too dangerous, so shut the road all night fir the 8 minute pothole repair.
Vs 2 people in a van with some chippings, a watering can of tar, a pickaxe and a kettle of course.
