Javea in Spain

Hi lads I am looking for a bit of advice I will be off to Spain with the caravan  in December and looking for the best route.

Have nearly decided to go this way but would like a professional view from you guys considering it will be winter when I set off.

Calais Reims Troyes Dijon Lyon Vallence Montpellier Barcellona Vallencia Javea

All motorway and probably costing more in tolls but is it the best way in winter

Here

In my opinion your way is best because it cuts out Paris for a start. Mich suggests this way.
PS. Can anyone tell me how to reduce these links to ‘HERE’ ?

(Done this one for you too. Simon)

Yes, I could

Right you want to type this around your link -

You may want to highlight your link by choosing a colour so here it is -

Its easier than it looks takes a little practice.

well both of those routes are taking me through Paris and Claremont Ferrand and the Millau bridge . I thought that may be affected by snow in December/Jan .

DAFMAD
BuzzardBoy Thank you both for that.
gus The Riems way IMO is best in Winter because it gets you South quicker. But Winters have very mild for the last few years on Continent anyway.

Thanks Harry it’s what I first thought but you get so many differing oppinions and there’s no substitute for experience.

Ta Mate

Do calais to paris, paris to orleans, orleans to claremont ferrand, after that it is free all the way down to beziers, bez then down into to anywhere you want on the med side of spain.

Can get a bit snowy in the Centrale Massive sometimes.
