i’ve just give them my two penneth on facebook. 
I went into Sainsburys Basingstoke to load the waste cardboard bales, told where to park, lock your cab and hand the keys in, then wait in the drivers area. This should be fun i thought, after a few moments the forklift driver came to ask me how they are supposed to load my trailer,(a walking floor) i told him i would need the keys back and would have to attend the loading to operate the floor, it took around half an hour for the health and safety bods to decide whether i was able to do this!
