great motor was the turbo star good work horse
as anyone out there got any unwanted pics of the turbostar or magazines or brochures .i remember t&d did an article on john scholey years ago when he ran some orange turbostars i think he was from hull and also mark crofton sleigh from east anglia .cheers carl 
You mean these Scholey Turbostar’s?
Scholey was at Driffield on the Cranswick industrial estate. He had those Turbostars on Geest from Hull docks.
He ended up driving a big yank on container work from Hull.
You could always see John in his cowboy boots, (quite apt really)
