Can anyone please tell me what the square glowing button below the parking brake on an Iveco Stralis is?

Clearly not the ejector seat then
i’ve found almost all buttons on an Iveco to be a mystery as they’ve usually fallen off 
does it make any noises when pushed when the engine is off ?
