If I start at 00:00 work till 13:00 driving 8:30 then take of 9:00 is my daily driving limit reset to zero or does it get reset at midnite?

It gets reset after you have taken the statutory amount of time off to enable you to drive within the scope of the law.

The time of day has no bearing on it.

Have I just fallen for a jolly jape? :laughing:

Ah. I got collared in the services once by a bloke who reckoned his tacho was going backwards… It was 12 hours out, so I put it right for him and told him he could do another full shift after his 10 minute 12 hour break.

He was still trying to figure it out when I left. :laughing:

Think that applies to domestic hours, not EU
