To add a link by using just one word…I’ve tried and I can’t for the life of me remember…please…someone help! I know it’s simple, I’ve googled it but still not getting it right…I feel old now…and stupid! 
i’ve added the # so it displays the syntax, not a link. Just take out the hash to and it’ll display thusly;

I keep the above on a work doc that I put a shortcut on my desktop to so I can use it on forums
Some forums will put up a box rather than the wraprounds when you click the url tab to insert the link, and it writes the link twice in preview, but if you drag and highlight the word you want to link to 1st, it will only insert the link once, and use the word you want to link to 2nd
Do you mean hyperlinking with bbcode?
