well passed the test
got 5 minors 2 for approprite speed, and 3 undue hesitation.
and has the horrible left hander to get round aswell and made it by a mile… well 6 inches
the undue’s come from a left hander, then it bears left again and i wouldnt go till the cars had stopped coming:) got lucky and 1 flashed me out, otherwise id still be waiting
cant get hammered till friday, as got to drive newquay later tonite to start a 8 day bender ha ha…
went on practice area this morning, my reverse had gone, couldnt do it without a shunt, the nerves were starting to hit, then got it 4th time, drove to test centre, instructor said hed never known me be so quiet , went for the pi$$ and came back to lorry with the test fella waiting, asked if id go at 8am, was supposed to be 8-15)said yeah…
did stop, reverse was the best ive ever done, the the trailor change… came off ok, told to out back on, what didnt i do… move the unit to the from of the trailor :hit: did checks then moved unit in front, and checked height and finished it off. drive was easy really apart from the left hand turn, but after that was just a case of take it easy and dont ■■■ it up… back to test centre, thinking ive a good chance, to be told “well done” then it hits… i can play in the big toys now… well hopefully… now on cloud nine.
