Having watched the Muppets (pig poking frog variety) over the weekend, I think each character represents a type of lorry driver we’ve all experienced. For example…
Animal. Scruffy, slightly retarded and capable of banging stuff.
Miss Piggy. ■■■■■■■ diva, wont drive anything more than two years old. They think they’re more talented than they actually are.
Statler and Waldorf. Those two old gits who criticise everyone and everything but never leave.
Any other suggestions?
I would say it could also apply to permanent staff, I’ve know plenty a Diva who throws a tantrum because somebody else got a new truck or it had a larger number on the side.
And plenty of Statler and Waldorf, who spend their lives citisicing the company and all the staff and saying its all gone to pot, but they’ve been their so long they’d would go to pieces if they lost their nice cushy number.
And then Kermit the Frog managers, running around like headless chickens without a clue on how to run the show, but seem to get away with it time and time again.
And the Fozzie Bear, a junior traffic planner, who actually hasn’t got a clue how to do his job, but being friends with the manager he’s kept on anyway.

Sam the Eagle is the slightly pompous Eagle character in the Muppets, but please don’t take it personally this is a fun thread (and there are precious few of them on here these days 
)so if you can think of a character for me I’d take it in the same fun manner as as I called you Sam the Eagle.
And yes there is good and bad on both sides, and I to have been an agency driver.
If you read the second post in the thread you see that regular company employees have been included, equal opportunities and all that. 
The mortgage companies don’t see it as ’ equal '!!!
