It’s a Russian Zil, if I’m not mistaken. I’ve seen a few in preservation.

Yep, it’s definitely a Zil, it says it in Russian on the bonnet.
It will probably be a 6x6 131 like this one - but presumably without the artillery

These come up on ebay quite frequently, usually I think from the same company that 8wheels posted (or possibly former customers that thought it was a good idea at the time but found they couldn’t swallow the fuel bills ).
They’ve got these two on at the moment …
I’ve seen the bowser type ones on there before too.

This guy bought it off the UK MoD back in 1999, though they wouldn’t say why they had it, and wouldn’t let him have any of the documentation because a lot of it was still classified as secret
