2008 if not sooner in this country then, wonder if they will drop the road tax on lorries, somehow I doubt it, dont you?
when it was being discussed before HMG claimed it would be revenue neutral - a cut in fuel tax to compensate 
It was just foreign vehicles and anyone else filling up abroad that would pay more…
OF course we all trust the goverment , don’t we
