i think customs, vosa, and the police should follow suit. 
In that article, it says that the baggage handlers shifts are being altered and it would mean an extra 13 trips to work for the same money, which is a bit unreasonable, however, picking Easter to strike will lose any sympathy they could have got. Unions looking for publicity over just doing the job they should.
