People do get killed, mainly after jumping infront of lorrys trying to get them to stop.

Iirc the counts at 13 for 2016.

The new loop is supposed to be open, which im looking forward to trying out tomorrow. Luckily it should still be light so hopefully will be trouble free.

The new way in is now open came through it last night no problems at all, although this may have been due to the bank holiday

What’s the new way in? Last couple of times I’ve been there, I’ve been diverted down the slip road, and then round past the new terminal and either into a holding area or round a small roundabout and into the port.

The new way in is instead of heading down into the old hoverport you head straight for the port then are brought off down to the right through what was the trailer park and round through a series of lanes and back up into the port fairly straight forward and each lane has a barrier on it so the queues can be controlled. Looks to be a bit better organised but only time will tell.
