Cheers everyone, done it in bolton because it seemed the closest place to me that does it in an artic (others all wag an drag) and i didnt want the scousers nicking my butties out the cab when doin uncouple/couple
It cost me £850.00 but that was just a 12 hour course with test fee ect , but everyone is different in total class 2 and 1 id say around 2k i invested in myself to do it.
Good luck to those with the class 1 / 2 on the horizon i hope you get the same result and post here to let us all know

Nicely done mate, a lot of places are like 3 days or whatever including the test, I did 1 day but that was because of a cancellation, was given the choice, asked if he thought I was ready, he said yes so I went for it. Almost fluffed it though when I just got onto a roundabout before a formula 2 driver in a transit joined from the right, he had to take evasive action so I thought I was done, but the examiner had noticed I was on the roundabout 1st phew
