The ITALIAN Government wishes to set the Blood alcohol level for
TRUCK-DRIVERS at ZERO; this means no drinking what so ever.

why do they always pick on truck drivers? 
i don’t drink and drive. i don’t usually drink the night before driving.
i do use mouthwash. this may sound pety, but mouthwash contains alchohol. therefore i could read 0.000001% alchohol on my breath for example. so i would be guilty.
with a zero limit there is no tolerance whatsoever. innocents could be jailed.
