How many trucks do they run?? and I bet the regular drivers wernt happy about that, I would have thought the decent thing to do is put all the drivers names into a hat?
When you hear drivers talking about exceptional things they have done that not all of them are romancing or fantisizing. Admittedly there are some BS tales told in truck stops and other places but a lot of them are true. I have had lots of things happen in my life that others may think lies or stretched truth. Don’t be so quick as to put the guy down, he could have been completely honest.

agree with pat.
but 1 thing i can guarentee, is no one that drove one of the olympic trucks went to any athletes party.
i’d guess that those that did do it, wouldn’t be walking around bragging about it either.

i know loads of drivers that have driven those trucks at the olympics.
around 200 deliveries per day. steel, concrete, cable, etc. well you’re bound to bump into someone you know.
why is it that whatever someone says, if it’s slightly different than the norm it’s BS?
when people have posted on this site explaining that they may have done something a bit different than what some think lorry driving is, they get slated. some have defended themselves by posting links to newspaper articles, some have shown pictures. but this is trucknetuk, some think a night out is a myth.
