There were Betz-a-plenty behind us as we pulled onto the pumps.
The washing hanging from the wipers and the makeshift lines between the tilts was hardly ‘Persil-white’.

Well Ben,we’ll have to wait and see. At the moment we have two new low cab Merc Actros mega units on Belgian plates,apparently they are just extra’s 'cos of the amount of work we have for mega trailers.
One of our charter drivers (subbie) was in Eupen this week and saw 50 new Actros Mega-Space 1848 units there,destined for Willi-Betz Italia.
We’ve been told that Belgium will also be getting Mega-Space units when the Volvo’s lease is expired.We’ll see
To try and hold off as long as possible before I become a ‘Merc’ man,I’ve been offered one of the newer Globetrotter Volvo’s. I nearly bit his hand off!
So I will be spending this weekend chucking all my gear from one cab to another. Hoorah!!!

I heard they’d tried to declare it part of the Betz Republic due to the fact that the concrete hadn’t seen the sun for the last three years (being under Betz wagons for all of that time…)

You should wear glasses,that is the one I had behind me when you saw me.
Don’t need the pots and pans now,have to change trailer this weekend.
But I do have several items for sale that will fit your FH16 if you stay there,as well as some laptop accessories such as a USB gps antenna,mouse etc.

Ops sorry, still they all look the same to me, FH16 is off for now gona keep the super space shed untill feb, so ive had to move everything back in, good job i didn’t have time to take the air con unit off as the boss had stuck the old sunroof in the trailer and was to go round to viesa’s an get em to take it off an put elec sunroof back in, also had to rescue me bullbar from the container in the yard before someone else took it, will just have to work on him between now and feb, to convince him he should get the 16.
