I hate to say he was lucky, but…
Its getting out of hand where they put double yellow lines now.
Although I have to say it was bloody funny when they went round the front and this yellow guy was still sitting in the drivers seat with a “WTF just happened?” look on his face! 
Maybe he was tailgating so he could have a gander at what was in the back of the truck in front…
He knows what it is now!
