spotted this whilst in traffic…
It looks bad… those skips are BOTH filled to the brim with paving slabs…
It was even worse as I finally got past him…
Only then I could see that It is a 7.5 tonner 
Amazing, not surprising, just amazing that someone would be daft enough.

Bloody hell.
just going back to them military days,
a four tonner was so called cause it could carry 4 ton,
an an eight tonner could carry 8 ton etc,etc.
maybe this was an ex something or other(obviously not a driver ) who quite hasnt got used to civvy street and thinks a 7.5 tonner can carry 7.5 ton.
