Isolating

How long are we isolating for these days ?

About a lifetime

We’re not. Throw it in the bin and get out there. Absolute nonsense.

The company he is with might have some â– â– â– â–  policy on isolating etc.

Does even the NHS have an isolation policy anymore for its staff? I can’t imagine any companies having an isolation policy once it was no longer law to isolate.

You’d be surprised. We still have a lock-out from the main office at our place due to that Covid shte, supermarkets have changed maindoors to side-doors etc. Some companies love all that control and power.

Contrary to what others are saying, if you suspect you may have COVID you take a lateral flow test, which you have and if positive you should “try” and isolate for 5 days and avoid the vulnerable for 10 days. It doesn’t however define “try.”

Damn right they do. Still clinging onto it for as long as they can.

Must admit I do sometimes miss the early days of furlough. Ace weather, case or two of beer every day, joint with my morning coffee

I have 2 elderly and vulnerable people in my family who I always try and avoid if I have ANYTHING that could be construed as contagious…I don t need the kin govt to tell me that one.

As for the rest of it, (unless I feel like complete sh of course and HAVE to stay in ) I’ll just try and get on with it as I do with everything else, and how I have done and coped with every other FLU based conditions I have had since a kid to adult.

No way in hell I’ll be practicing all that boll0cks again.
I was totally conned and convinced in the initial early stages last time…, until I noticed that life going on around me did not correlate with what they were telling us in the media.
Only good thing that came out of it for me was furlough…I still use the garden bar my mate came round and built for me.
