Iso-trac, logging off

what happens if you forget to log off   , does it log you off itself after a while, or do you have to log off in the morning before you can log on ta

It sits & waits unless your transport office logs you off or another driver logs on.

yea luckily enough truck went straight back out so im told, so logged off pretty much straight away.
told as well that as were still being paid off of time books, not iso-trac doesnt really matter

it can be set to log out after a certain period of inactivity (engine off, keys out), but on some systems, this can lead to the unit crashing, and rendering the truck unusable until it has been master reset by the office.

Ring your depotā€¦ They will sort it

The isotraks Iā€™ve used, on DHL & ES, donā€™t do anything as severe as stop the truck from starting/running. The worst that happens is that you get nagged to logon, but transport can do it at their end if necessary. Essentially Isotrak is a tracking device so transport can see where you are, send messages etc. and, as an aside, work out your mpg at the end of a run, but thatā€™s about it, unless thereā€™s an ā€œIsotrak 2ā€ :smiling_imp: that I havenā€™t come across yet.
