So I was following a local contractors artic in the car the other day. It had a plant trailer on the back with the usual flip up ramps. Anyway on the back was a 20ft container held down with some webbing straps thrown over the top. No obvious sign of any twist locks.
Anyway, is this dangerous? I couldn’t help but think I would of at least used some chains to hold it on.
