there are empty shelves in the Isle of man.
no bloody wonder, The Isle of man steam packet company is the first to cancel sailings.
they cancel because of the slightest breaze. They are also incredibly expensive.
Why?
There is only one company, so no competition. this keeps the prices up.
one company having a stranglehold over the Manx people isn’t right.
has anyone priced up a freight booking to the IOM lately?
why is there only one ferry opperator servicing the IOM?
i have left heysham to warrenpoint on the seatruck ferry, with the IOM boat still in port, gone past the IOM, got to warrenpoint, then checked out of curiosity if the IOM boat had set off. No, it’s still in port.
Well, according to that website there are no ferries to Outer Hebrides as well
There’s one right there.

Oh, it wasn’t there just before. Can you also find the one between Oban and Barra, as I failed to do it as well… Maybe it’s a question of some settings or something.
I also did a name search for Hebrides and the like, but it came with nothing.
I use that one, and have the app for it on my phone. Point the phone at a plane overhead and it comes back with all the flight details; very handy app for the terrorist wanting to make sure he doesn’t accidentally shoot down the wrong plane. They say you can’t put a price on safety but in this case it’s only £2.50 from the Android Market, you’d be a fool to leave home with your surface to air missile without it…
