Is this working day okay?

I’m queering the working time directive rule…

Start: 06.00
Other Work till 06.30
Drive till 11.00 (4.5hrs)
45 minute break (reset driving time, because i may or may not need it later in the day)
Otherwork till 21.00 (15 hour day)

Now, taking a minimum 30 minute break for a 6-9 hr shift is already covered because I took a 45 at 11am, yes? But although ive taken a 45 a cant work all the way to the 15th hour because Id be working over 6 hours without a break, correct?

So by 17.45 Id need to take a 15 minute break because that’s 6 hours after I finished my 45 at 11.45 earlier in the day?

Please tell me if that is correct and I hope it makes sense

What you have posted is correct.

However, you could just take a 15 minute break at 11am, and then take another 30 minute break at 515pm (although you would not be able to do any more driving until you had taken this second break). Quite why you would want to be keeping your breaks to a minimum is another matter entirely.
