There is always a reason for every war and most seem strange to the normal people but is this the reason or one of them for being in Afghanistan?

Im sure it is not the reason as im sure its because it makes the UK safer as we have been told!!!
im sure our politicans wouldn’t lie to us in such a cynical way!
It’s the same as the amount of oil that Iraq is sitting on!
They are supposed to have one of the largest oil fields in the world,but like the Afghans,can’t get on with each other and see how well off they could be.
afganistan has always been known to have one of the richest mineral deposits in the world , but alas the war was to stamp on ‘al qaeda’ although the war in iraq was for oil , america had to roll in to secure the iraqi oil & overthrow the corrupt government .
the seriousness of it was so great that saddam could well have bankrupted america without a single pistol shot
it’s a shame because thousands of US soldiers have died thnking they were there because of the attack on the twin towers , 8 years later thousands of soldiers have just left iraq still thinking they were there because of the attacks .

And you know this because…? 
The real reason for most wars is the Defence Industry’s need to manufacture, test,& use as much weaponry as is humanly possible & as quickly as possible - that’s the only way to make the big bucks while you are waiting for a new Trident contract to come along. The fact that human lives are damaged or lost is regrettable but incidental & well worth the risk considering the massive profits involved. As soon as they invent a way of warring without soldiers & therefor saving the cost of wages the industry will become even more profitable. It wouldn’t surprise me to see the supermarkets branch into the defence business & make it super-efficient - 10 points for every round fired (From a tank!)
