If you are looking at anything less than a double figure hourly rate in central Scotland then keep looking! £32k isn’t a bad wage but not for those hours, especially when its double manned. The other guy will make or break your shift. I have been regularly double manned with my best mate which was fantastic but I have also been double manned with guys who I would never do a shift with again. Those shifts are torture!
