Can someone tell me is it legal to do this shift?
Weds-12:00hrs to02:00hrs
Thurs-18:00hrs to 03:00hrs
Sat-18:00hrs to 07:00hrs
Sun-22:00hrs to 10:00hrs
And when I should be taking my weekly rest? I last worked preceding this shift on the Friday-20:00hrs to 10:30hrs sat morn.

Yes, legal.

You must begin a weekly rest period no later than 144 hours after resuming work following your last weekly rest. In your case this will be 18:00 Friday, when you will require a weekly rest of at least 24 hours, as you had a reduced weekly rest of 39 hours from 03:00 Friday until 18:00 Saturday. That reduced weekly rest does not require compensation as you have a full weekly rest for this week thanks to the 97.5 hours from 10:30 Saturday until 12:00 Wednesday which equals back-to-back full weekly rest periods, one for last week one for this.

Thanks! Any ideas on when I should be taking my weekly rest? New to this game and my shift pattern is all over the place with my agency…Not to worry too much just invested in a DHG but till that arrives and I get my head around it all I’m just a little lost with it all. :slight_smile:
