4.25 for the driving before the second break all perfectly legal, you didn’t need the first half hour of break 15 mins would have been ok but obviously it depends on your circumstances.

Cheers for the reply, I had that 32 mins for my 6 Hours WTD, I would of hand to break at 10:44 otherwise.

You only legally need 15 for RT(WT)D and its designed that way to fit in with the tacho driving breaks

some companies have internal policies where they insist on it being 30 mins so check with your TM
