You haven’t mentioned any rest periods of 3 hours or more taken during the shifts so I’m assuming that there haven’t been any, on that basis:

You’ve had 4 reduced daily rest periods between weekly rest periods but you’re only allowed 3 reduced daily rest periods between weekly rest periods so no it’s not legal.

Tuesday - you’ve done a 15 hour shift so there’s no way you could get an 11 hours daily rest period into the 24 hour period from start of shift, in-spite of the fact that you’ve had 11 hours rest only 9 of them could fit into the 24 hour period from start of shift so it’s still a reduced daily rest period.

Friday - you’ve done a 14 1/2 hours shift so in-spite of the fact that you’re having 55 hours off mediately after the shift it’s a reduced daily rest period.

Daily rest periods have to fit into the 24 hour period from the start of the shift, any part of a rest period that falls out-side of the 24 hour period will not count towards the daily rest period.

For instance on Tuesday you’ve had 11 hours rest but as you did a 15 hour shift only 9 of the 11 hours rest could fit into the 24 hour period from start of shift so only 9 hours count as the daily rest period.

Thanks for reply
