Looks OK to me. How much driving time left? If you have about 2 driving hours left since the first break ended then you could legally have just 15 mins now and not the whole 45. If less then I would finish the 45 to reset the driving time clock as sods law would get you caught in traffic.

edited to clarify driving time left since first break ended.

What time did you start your second 45?

If your total driving hours for the day don’t exeed 9 or 10 hours, and you park up before 21.00, yes.

First post timed at 6:24 and said he was on a second break so before 6 hours working if first 45 ended at 12:30 as stated.

I know you are finding your way around this job - but as long as you have not or are not going over 9 or 10 hours total driving time - you are okay

Ignoring the WTD (like the DVSA  )

quick and basic rules are:

No more than 4.5 hours driving with a 45 minute break (can be split into 15mins THEN 30 mins, NOT the other way round), 9 hours maximum per day (you can extend to 10 twice a week) minimum 9 hours rest between shifts.

hope this helps

BTW: not being nasty or sarcastic - but get your money back from whoever did your driver CPC training
