And don`t think you are safe if you are a senior manager…The directors can bring in a consultant(who is probably less qualified and experienced than you) And make your working life a living hell.
I have been there! 
A scourge on the modern workplace.
Thankfully, the business I was working for went bust 3 years after I left, as I told them it would if they listened to the consultants 
I nearly cried. 
Life in the perfect world where everything runs so smoothly and to plan,where you have the correct tools and equiptment to do the job as per the book,where the bosses spend money so you can do your job …Unforunately, bosses waste money that could help workers do their job on clowns to pick faults ,did I say the faults wouldn’t probably exist if the money spent employing said clown was put to better use
Thankfully i work for a company where everyone in the office has actually driven, not many firms out there like this now i shouldnt think.
Sadly this is the way the world is going, there are a lot of jobs now where you’re likely to be judged by people who are clueless, but on paper appear to know what they’re talking about 
Just look at the DCPC for proof of this
