I believe its urban Scottish slang

TOP DEFINITION
roaster
Scottish slang. Can be used to describe someone who is making a complete ■■■■ of themselves. Once hearing being called this they should shut their trap (mouth)
“Hear, did you see that roaster oan x-factor the other night?”

“Shut yer puss ya roaster”

So on a lorry load of cans of coke how much would it need to go up to give the driver another £1 an hour?
The fact is wages have gone down in real terms due partly to mass migration to the UK and the job is dumbed down to the point any moron can do it and the more I see of it the more I think the minimum wage is to much for some of the retards on the road

This is it in a nutshell

Labour opened the doors to all and sundry who can legally come and work here from countries where a typical monthly wage is less than some here will take home in a week.

This illustrates average monthly salaries across Europe

Methinks I need a job on the Basel nach Lugano flitzer:sunglasses:

one thing that map doesnt show is how cheap it is to live in the lower paying countries, how cheap there houses are etc, compared to ours, the polish for example can buy a huge mansion for just 120,000
so how long will it take them to buy there home back home on British wages ?

i dont see anywhere on the map were i would wish to go and settle with anything like double the income, but if i lived in those other lands then Britain looks a great place to work with a huge wage. hence we are being flooded

close the doors and protect what we have other wise the answer will be to cut wages even fuhrer to make it less attractive to our own people but still attract the people from the other lands

Indeed. Has anyone talked to the British guys who are working for that sunshine wagon outfit “Waeberer” in Hungary at the moment?

The wages are about £100 a week, but I understand the cost of living is below £40 - leaving you £60 a week to go a long way…
They even seem to have a “Stobart” style following - if that’s your thing.

Olog Hai:
I must laugh (again) at Snowman. Attempts to give desypete a spelling and grammar lesson, yet in the same post makes at least 20 errors of his own. Priceless, absolutely priceless…

Which are?
And I wasnt attempting to give him a lesson. I dont bother about his grammer much. It didnt bother me till he started a personal attack on me. Maybe it was a low blow and ill advised without reading my own post over again first. But since it was aimed at desypete who picked a fight with the name calling,I dont think he needs you to fight his battles for him.

can i just say sorry if how i spelt pillock offended you

i should of just called you a knob head as i can spell that ok
