German Polizei has stopped this vehicle:
they arrested the driver, the press officer issued the statement of “all posible laws being broken”… And now they don’t really know what to do with it next.
As far as I see that, as long as the load was secure and the mass was right, I can’t see any problems with it… Or am I wrong?
Look at the front rear axle, The mud guard is nearly touching the tyre and the top and the bottom is touching the rear axle mud guard. Must be hugely over weight
Unless there’s some lead plate in the back of one of the trucks I can’t see how.
Finger waggers on here have had trouble with differentiating between overloaded and unraised air suspension before. If it’s on air rather than steel and it’s low then there’s a ride height sensor issue rather than an overloading one.

I think it’s lowered completely, propably to drive the truck off it (it has open window). In the back there are some elements lying on the ground, he could not drive like that.
I was passed by something similar going past Grantham on the A1 the other evening. An artic with a standard flat trailer carrying a 4 wheel crane truck with a tractor on that and some other agri machinery as well! Was rockin and rolling like a goodun! I hit the brakes and backed the ■■■■ off straight away! Dodgy as you like!

Personally I wouldn’t have a problem driving that around, I sometimes do something quite similar, but with 5 cars.
Ok there’s only 4 in the pic but you get the idea.
As long as everything is secure and your not exceeding your axle weights then where is the problem ?
Personally, if I was going to be as gash as that, I wouldn’t be advertising it on a public forum. It’s not doing your company any favours putting this picture up.

But where is the problem ? it’s not illegal nor is it loaded in an unsafe way. It’s well within weight etc.
