Mate has told our payrise is not on your basic but on meal allowance (up from £13 to £15) and I think it was a couple of quid on your b/h pay ( 
basic would of been nice),is there any upper limit of meal allowance,give it ten years(I know well be long gone 
) and our meal allowance will be more than our basic,I know meal allowances are tax free,but this is getting a bit stupid assuming I’m not being fed duff info.
So is there a upper limit for meal allowances.
Why b/h pay rise,you only get 8 per year,can’t see the point,you want it on your basic surely
