Is Jeremy Corbyn a twat

Remember the Chinese salutation…“may you live in interesting times”

Well, we’re certainly doing that, and no matter what one’s opinion of the French is I certainly do think that they have the ****s to take ISIL on. (Send in the Foreign Legion?). As for Corbyn, well it’s already been said by other posters.

Bewick:
Following the atrocity in Paris last Friday who on TNUK thinks Corbyn is a liability and a danger to the UK ? After that murderous [zb] Jihadi John got slotted Corbyn more or less suggested it was wrong and we should have sent a couple of Plod to Raqqa to arrest the [zb] and bring him back to the UK to stand trial, then he has said to-day on “air head tele” (ITV) that our security service shouldn’t shoot to kill ! like " Howay now put your weapon down canny lad and don’t you think it would be safer to take that explosive vest off or you’ll mebe hurt someone including yourself and that will never do, we’ll get arrested then for permitting you to injure yourself" :open_mouth: But this what could happen if that [zb] Corbyn ever got into power. Cheers Bewick.

I do. He is, IMO, an appalling creature and he’s in the wrong job, he’s not fit for purpose. The Labour Party were in deep doo doo after the last general election and then they pressed the self destruct button and elected Corbyn. He’s a back bench rebel MP, he’ll never be anything else.
This country does posses a nuclear deterrent (the emphasis being on the word DETERRENT. Clown Corbyn says publicly he would NEVER use it if he were PM.
The man is a danger to the UK. We all hope the deterrent never has to be used, but the leader of a country has A DUTY to protect that country BY ALL MEANS.

The leaders of the nutcases are more use alive, IMO. Their twisted views can be dismantled in front of them and their followers, using the teachings of the faith they purport to support. At the very least, if those impressionable followers are not afraid to die in the commission of their crimes, life in a British prison might be a superior deterrent. Imprisoning the prominent agitators would set that example.

Regarding the immediate threat of a potential suicide bomber, however, I agree with Mr. Bewick. I was impressed with the police treatment of that de Menezes bloke.

i notice that his latest pronouncement about armed police has hit the news . what use are armed police if they can’t return fire in case they kill ? they should be told to shoot armed terrorists dead to prevent them detonating themselves . the man is out of touch with life and out of his depth as party leader . dave

What type of truck is a Corbyn ? :open_mouth: :unamused:

I am no fan of Labour anyway but he ■■■■■■ me right off when he refused to sing the national anthem, he is perporting to be a British subject who (heaven forbid!) may one day be running the country yet hadn’t the decency or pride in the country to do that one thing. The man is a total joke.

To be fair it’s no secret that Socialists don’t follow any doctrine of the nation state or being a ‘subject’ of any nation state. They believe in a world without borders.

Which ironically is very similar to how generations of Conservatives have viewed 'the Commonwealth and ‘Empire’ especially if they see a cheap labour angle by importing loads of Asians and Africans.Which is how we came to be populated by the type of alien foreign population that’s causing all the aggro.Which probably explains why they put Heath and Thatcher into power instead of Powell. :unamused:

You never fail to surprise “CF”, now I had you somewhere, politically speaking, to the left of Corbyn and expected you to be the only one to pile in to defend the ■■■■ !! Seeing as how you are always the only one in the Regiment that marches in time ! Come on my son you must have something positive to say about the ■■■■ surely, we can’t have 100% negative views on the thread can we. :open_mouth:  Bewick.

Bonnie Scotland is taking them but they don’t want them in the West country.

Corbyn is a breath of fresh air in British politics - a principled bloke who sticks to his guns (even if he’s not prepared to fire them), but I think he’s wrong on this one. Whether we kill the terrorists or put them on trial, they’ll still be heroes to their own kind, so I’d say go for the cheaper option - a few quid for a bullet beats hundreds of thousands of pounds to keep them in prison.

Totally agree I’m for one am pleased he’s the leader
The trouble is a lot of people are hoodwinked by the media and believe everything that’s wrote and said about him
I actually went to hear him speak when he came in to my home town to give a talk he came across as a approachable politician not like many career politicians we have today
I don’t agree on everything he stands for but he’s got a lot of damage to repair after Blair and Browns total ■■■■ ups
I’m not ashamed to say I’ve voted labour all my life
And as for Thatcher she destroyed this country by selling everything off that wasn’t nailed down and creating a I’m all Jack society

The mans a clown

GAZSa401 I hope you voted the way you wanted to ,not the way you were told years ago by maybe all around you ,if all your workmates were the same I do understand it was difficult to go against the mob rule.

Common sense is what we all should have and people voting for Labour ,knew of Corbyn,s ant conformist views and ignored them or did they not know.

One of the main reasons was of Jeremy Corbyns stance on the EU where he wanted to leave this corrupt monster
I’ve always voted on my own thoughts and beliefs

The question depends on the definition of ‘conformist’.Corbyn is a Socialist so what more do they need to know.

While the fact is there’s no realistic way of reconciling a Socialist anti nation state ideological position with a Nationalist/anti Federalist one.Either one or the other has to go.On that note Shore had already ditched most/all of his Socialist principles while Benn and Heffer remained torn between the two. While Corbyn has obviously come down on the side of his original Socialist position.Probably because he can see an advantage in that at least so long as the EU is run by people like Juncker,Merkel and Hollande.
