Clarkson been suspended due to a “fracas” with a producer, Top Gear dropped this Sunday and the BBC refusing to comment. Does this mean the end for the show that over the last few years has caused a fair few moments of controversy.?
Seems strange after all the people and country’s he has upset it takes a fall out with a BBC producer for him to be suspended. 
I just heard it on the news too Steve. My view is that it could be a marketing ploy to boost figures when it comes back on in two weeks. Plus, the Beeb will never get rid of the cash cow that is Clarkson and Co, they earn the BBC a staggering amount of money so tthey’ll be there for the forseeable.
It does amuse me when people feign outrage at Clarkson, it’s a bit like buying tickets to see Chubby Brown and then complaining about the language!
The banter and chemistry with all three of them is highly amusing, if Clarky goes, it will not be the same.
It is a very popular show, sold around the world, and high viewing figures.
The Beeb make millions out of the books and other Top Gear branding.

I’m surprised that he didn’t tell the PC establishment controlled Communists to get stuffed when they obviously forced him to push the green agenda with the gushing praise of the I8. If I was him I’d walk away and tell them to shove it.It seems obvious that the BBC would be more suited to a change in emphasis to Socialist and Green Party news weekly.

The BBC has suspended Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson “following a fracas” with a producer.
The Corporation said the show, also presented by Richard Hammond and James May, will not be broadcast on BBC Two this Sunday. The other two remaining episodes of the series have also been pulled from the schedules.
According to Radio Times, Clarkson aimed a punch at a male producer in an incident that happened last week but was only reported to the BBC on Monday, with the decision to suspend Clarkson taken on Tuesday morning.

Saw it on the news this afternoon, Clarkson is the one of the few people on tv I can relate to and top gear is about the only thing on the BBC that can justify the licence fee, so if top gear goes we aint paying them jack ever again.

The producer was nearly punched, he didn’t hit him, the row is over sandwiches not been made after a day of filming, not a wind up, it is true.
