Is it ok to have 2 jobs..1 driving the other warehouse?

Hi everyone…been a good few weeks since I posted. Hope everyone is doing well. My job is going well and I’m still happy with it. Cant believe its been 8 months since I passed my C+E.

Anyway the above question…do you know if it is legal to have 2 jobs if one of them is driving. Reason I’m asking is I want to earn some extra dosh so I can pay some of my debt off quicker. I’m ok financialy but want to clear my loan and my credit card off a lot faster than I am at the moment. The part time job is 4 hours a day 5 days a week.

There’s no law to stop you having two jobs as long as you can still comply with the tachograph regulations, I assume that one of the jobs is driving under EU regulations so you will need to record the warehouse work on a chart or printout as other work, you will still be required to have the normal daily and weekly rest periods and breaks so you will need to think about weather or not you can fit them in.
