No it’s definately insecure load.
He’s using that trellis at the back as a greedy board and it ain’t gonna hold that giant bong in place.

The painter’s made a crap job of matching the paint on the rearmost side rave!

It has a not much different wheel base to the coaches over here
Be good on mini roundabouts
Insecure load (or is there a correspondingly sized trailer to catch the stuff that flies off the wagon?). There again, that’s what you get for loading by Photoshop.
Load out of scale to the truck (assuming 315/80R22.5 on the back, that trellis is about 100mm squares, which, making some allowance for what we can’t see behind the dropside, makes that trellis around 800 x 600mm overall, which is a very strange size).
Slight discontinuity in the shaft between engine and differential.
No rear underrun bar (as 8wheels noted).
Tyres likely to be over the maximum safe pressure (all that lot on 8 tyres without gross tyre deformity?).
Definitely overweight on the front axle, likely overweight on all axles (as 8wheels and Harry Monk both noticed).
No wheel nut indicators. (Yes, I know they’re not compulsory).
