I have been knocking on doors for a few weeks now (hence why I havn’t been on here much) and as I expected I had a lot of knock backs but I have also found out some employers telling me if I had my class C+E there would be a position. Also online I have seen more C+E vacancies in my area.
Is it just me or are there really more Class C+E jobs than Class C out there? 
Or is it just the area I live in?

I think the answer may be in the question 
As you have said, they are stating if you had a C+E they have positions available. I don’t think its so much a case of their being more C+E jobs so much as there being fewer drivers qualified to C+E thus competition for the C+E jobs is less compared to C.

The places I’ve phoned give the same story and it’s not because they’re know I’m looking for C work as i just usually ask if they’re after any drivers. They’re either not employing or their after CE.

Think it might be time to go for C+E then. Got the cash already just wanted some Class C experience.

Think there might be a few more CE jobs around but not many also if you have CE you are more employable as you can then drive any of the vehicles that they have
