Hiya all, first post but been lurking for a while lol.
Just watched last nights IRT . Rick Yem drops a bag off the trailer, pallet and bag are seperated. Along come Vlad and Hugh who decide to pick the bag up. Hereās where it goes a bit wrong.
Vlad chucks the pallet over the snowbank at the side of the road. They get the bag chained to the loader and as it lifts off the ground the pallet has mysteriously placed itself back under the bag.
I also noticed how miraculous it was that a camera was looking at the bag when it fell off.
Donāt get me started on poor āPorkchopā whos was well and truly shafted by that up-himself gaffers pet knob jockey, sure every workpace has one of these twunts, with a face you could never get tired of kicking.

āNothing stops the chopā.
I agree ,them 2 driver trainers on it are real cockstenchers, they act as if nobody is good enough to do the job ,if it was left to them they would be the only 2 on the road, its only a bit of ice ffs

I.R.T. is made for Yanks and Canadians, thankfully we have Trucks and Trailers to keep us in touch with reality.
Spot on, no namby pamby icey climbs up āGobblers Knobā (sure thats what the road was caller on IRT) for us. Our lot are keepin it real with tricky slip road moments and narrow garden centre access points.
The whole thing is a sham just like all the others stobarts outback top gear specials ALWAYS SAFE ENOUGH FOR THE CAMERA OPERATORS who seem too be set up along the routes well in advance

I takes days to deliver the stuff thatās why they simply canāt film all the fleet.
IIRC it took about three days filming to set up one of the Stobart deliveries on T & T.
Thatās after all the work that had to go into getting the customer to agree to take the delivery with a film crew etc.
I want Rick and Hugh to go to that lad in Austrailia who runs Megatruckers.
He would beat them to death with a wrench after about 2 days
Do us all a favour.

Wasnāt this firm on āOutback Truckersā? if so try āQuestā 8pm tonight (9pm on +1)
This new series is good. Lets see what Hugh or Rick would do collecting those sheep from the farm
Back to IRT, Austin Wheeler came up in my reckonings by giving that other truck a shove without having to be asked
