I’m struggling like hell, no I’m not, I’m failing miserably trying to connect the above phone to the stereo of the aforementioned truck.
Am I brain dead, or is it just not possible?
Not even sure what I’m trying to connect to, sometimes it comes up with “Handsfree” and others "MT-(some numbers)-and then my reg (but the reg only comes up sometimes)
I’ve been asked for a passcode twice,(out of probably 100+ attempts) which the guy from MB told me was 0000, the rest of the time, despite the phone being able to see something Bluetooth, it tells me that it’s failed, and to check its switched on, or available.
It’s doing my box in!!!

Sometimes, the MT etc etc etc device comes up as not supported. Surely this can’t be the case.

I am having a similar problem connecting my Samsung Galaxy to my latest BMW, was told to disconnect speedo and indicators then connect device but have not found said items in the car so thinking it’s a basic model and don’t have them …

Don’t be so modest the top of the range BMW and AUDI cars don’t have them either 
To be honest I have on the odd occasion used an indicator in a BM, but I indicate left then turn right but at least they have been seen to be used 
Seriously though I cant find Bluetooth on my latest so perhaps it’s not fitted and cant be arsed to look in the book … but no one calls me anyway 
Try resetting the stereo to back to factory many fitted systems have only a set number of phone s they can connect to usually 10 different phones either go in to the memory then delete some phones or factory reset the stereo
Brand new motor. Came straight from Mercedes to me, nothing whatsoever connected to it
