hi all i got a 12v inverter 700 watts i got a dropper but dropper blows its fuse when i plug them into the truck to use my laptop i have a 150 watt inverter but not powerfull enough to run the laptop any ideas

Get a 24v inverter and don’t use a dropper.
Each stage between your batteries and the equipment you want to run wastes power.
So putting a big expensive dropper between your batteries and your big expensive 12v inverter is simply heating your cab up with air heated by cooling the extra stage.
I got a 24v 150 watt inverter to run my laptop, which has a 100 watt charger. The fuse on that inverter didn’t blow, the inverter did. I’ve now got a 300 watt 24v inverter which has been running my laptop with no problems so far.
even better use a MULTI LAPTOP CAR ADAPTOR 6 AMPERE 120 W {NC-6}

Only problem it runs from 12v only so you need a dropper.
It never gets hot so no wasted energy or flat batteries as per inverters !!!
