Well I don’t know if the company SHOULD keep an eye on that or not Micky, I am of the opinion that a driver should take responsibility for his/ her driving hours. I reckon that the bods in the office probably have enough on their plate without having to wetnurse x amount of drivers.
Personally I write down my driving hours on a dail basis and if I think I might be running close to max by the end of the week I inform them a day or two in advance so they can plan around it. After all it is our reponsibility.
