Call me thick but do you need a International O License and Transport Manager for both N and S Ireland 
I would have thought so under UK and EU rules
You only need a national oporators license to work in the six counties of northern ireland as this is part of the U.K…To work across the border in Southern Ireland, you would need an international O license as this is a seperate country within the E.U. community. Hope this helps.

Depends what you intend carrying. If you are transporting the companys’ own goods then a ‘Restricted’ licence will suffice in both Northern Ireland and Eire. If you transport for Hire & Reward then you will need ‘National’ in the North and ‘International’ if going to Eire.
