Already plundered mate!

Rob, make refrence points on each panel. so the panels all line up with each other when you have them out I,E, draw a few lines on each panel top and sides so if you got two panels out side you could line them up as they were in the cab, for deep button draw your dimonds on your panels as ref points etc apply your foam this depends how thick you want it 1" foam 2" foam etc? the thicker it is the harder it is to get panels to sit better when putting back in the cab aswell, a good staple gun air type is better, and you can use little off cuts etx as you are stapling each dimond into palce anyway so on your folds you can hide little peices of leather etc best buttons are the nail type if using MDF board, but if using std panels go for either wing type or string type and use something on the back of the panel to give is gtip I.E thick cardboard to stop it pulling back through your panels, good look mate and one tip your fingers will hurt with all the pulling and folding
if you look on the 2nd photo i have posted rod on the back panel of the cab? you will see where i [zb] up look at the two big panels? and you will see where they dont line up with each side!!! this is why i say make ref points on each mating panels sometimes you carnt get all the dimonds to run with each other but you can get them near if you take your time which i never do :grimacing:

Thanks Globby. Door cards was one of those things i weren’t sure about. Just one thing thou, how come at the start yr leather was white then suddenly black?

shark grey was the first colour i did but was way way to dark, good for covering muck “lol” but that doesnt apply to you  so then did a retrim in cream and red, had some one make the floor mats and eng cover but i got a little giddy in the thickness of the foam for the mats and eng cover, i used have used 1/4 or 1/2 max thickness but no i had them use 1" foam what a bugger to fit esp eng cover,
the grey had nail in type buttons and if you look on the door card the buttons have started to come loose etc, this is why you are better in a lot of ways of using tie un buttons, but i also made all the panels on both occasions out of MDF of diffrent thickness IE door cards were approx 6mm, side panels above your head were made out of 19mm MDF this was for the new sub box and we needed this thickness to hold it in if you look next time you see the old F12 you will see what i mean regarding the sub box etc “no pics” scania panels are a little hard to make out of MDF due to the shape of the cab panels,
i would go for a light colour rob if poss as it makes the cab a little lighter etc,

Thanks mate. I’ll pm you some pictures as i go along (SEEING AS WE ARE SENDING SECRET PIX OF OUR PROJECTS!!!)
