Whats the fuss about? I’ve just finished a job (Due to ill health) that was £48k a year, 50-55 hrs a week, paid weekly and no hassle. The boss wouldn’t take on anybody with less that 10 years experience though, his lorries his rules I suppose.
It does no harm to ask, if you are interested give them a ring, it’s on the INDEED website, you might find a great job for the price of a phone call, it may well be utter crap but never ask, never know.
I seem to see similar posts on here where guys post these good jobs but don’t actually apply, or the try and find some way to find fault and think they are not true. … Why don’t you just apply ? I know this much, if I was looking and found a really good job advertised, I would apply and not post it on here, as for the 12 years experience ? I don’t blame them for wanting that, a lot of companies want people over 25 years old, mine require that age limit and 2 years accident free.

Love to know more about your job? Not lorry driving I presume? It’s a hell of a wage for the hours if it was!

I dont apply Pat because I am retired, but if I see a good job I put it on here so that someone who may be looking for a change/more money can have a go, or not, they can of course please themselves, I like looking at job boards to see whats going, but a lot of the blokes on here are thundering up and down the motorways and have not got the time to look.

Those jobs are out there. I know because I’m in one. However it certainly doesn’t involve opening the curtains/back doors and lying on the bunk for 3 hours. I have to graft for the money.
Just maybe they have someone in mind for the job and have to advertise externall but to make sure they are the only applicant they have asked for very specific credentials?

Possibly someone not too IT savvy who is looking for work?
Self employed driver with 12yrs experience wanting full time work at 38/42k.
Just guessing.

I’d agree with that, looks to me more like a (very badly written) CV.
