You get your insurance quote , which may or may not look good in bold on the top then you look down the page at the cost of all the add ons, then there is another higher figure for your insurance, then theres the 29.9% interest if you were to pay monthly , then almost hidden in small print in brackets is the (Ipt total at current rate) amount , to be added to the cost of the premium , this is a 6% tax on your insurance for the government, they have you at every turn!
your quote should be for everything.if they`ve added bits on…walk away
I’ve noticed its how lots of them do it, highlight the base price so it looks good and enticing then add it all up in small print, basically my renewal quote was £344.92 then at the bottom of the page in small print after the additions, admin fees,setup cost ,tax etc is a total figure of £491.86!..
