if your insurance goes up a lot sorry a hell of a lot because of a claim which hopefully is proved to be a scam ( fingers crossed )would you be able to claim the increase in the insurance back
you should be able to, and all being well, laugh your ■■■■ off at the scammers when they have their day in court

the rebate would come from your insurance, as it is them who have increased the premium, not the third party
that said, have you ever tried getting a rebate from an insurance company

Me too mate! but now insurance co at have called in a fraud investigator after several heated discussions,the problem is of the insurance co’s own making they all took the decision that it was cheaper to settle than fight thus opening the flood gates to all sorts of claims
