Innovate have just had a 2% pay rise I think. They operate a 365 day operation. I’ve worked with them through agencies. The lorries are all under 3 years old as they are leased. Mainly delivering to Tescos etc rdc’s. Ok to work for (via agency anyway) can get 14 hour shifts but the staff are salaried, not hourly paid so there is no benefit in sitting out for hours on a dock.
What I will say though is make sure you do all your vehicle checks thoroughly, The next time I have checked a trailer and found a bald tyre would not be the first!
